"The Accelerated Clinical Trial Agreement" (ACTA). UNC-Chapel Hill will be implementing a program to offer sponsors the option of utilizing the ACTA template to bypass the typical contract negotiation process. Program highlights include expedited review and execution (within two business days of budget completion) if sponsors agree to participate in this program.
